Description
Composed while attending the 2019 Colorado State Music Teacher’s Association annual conference, this primer level piece is effective without a teacher accompaniment! A flowing melody (written by putting a mountain range image over sheet music) in C 5-finger position full of fifths is made richer with the damper pedal held throughout the piece. While written in 4/4, the feel is really more 2/2. This is a piece you’ll want to keep handy for lots of beginning students.
