We cannot offer refunds or returns on our digital items. Single user licenses have a maximum of 5 downloads, so that you have other opportunities to download the licensed piece on other devices you plan to use (for example: desktop computer, laptop, tablet, phone and hardcopy). If you have used up your 5 downloads, please consider upgrading to a studio license.
If a hardcopy or a premium teaching tool is damaged in delivery or has printing errors such as pages flipped upside down, missing pages, unintentional blank pages, etc., please send it back to us and we will replace it upon its return, and give you additional store credit for any postage costs you were charged with regards to returning the product.
