Description
There are MANY notespeller books on the market.
This one is different.
It’s entertaining. It tells a story. It has a plot. And six characters.
And it is written entirely using music. (Meaning that the story in comprised solely of words that use only the letters of the musical alphabet.)
It starts with in-staff notation and moves to ledger lines inside and outside the staff.
Comic book style images (without words) are on each page to help students understand the awkward English that was required to tell the story.
Trigger warnings: one of the characters in the book loses their life to food poisoning, and one of the characters is probably illegally incarcerated.
All purchases are studio licenses, because I’m sure that you will use this book with many of your students.
