Long tones reign supreme in this pedal-rich easy intermediate (maybe even late elementary) miniature!
This early intermediate (almost late elementary) piece is a wonderful exercise in dynamics and holding long tones, while building a strong tenuto touch in the left hand. The pedal cuts out in the middle section, leaving the student to create a nice, long tenuto without the help of the pedal.
